鳊鱼豆腐汤

Ingredients

  • 豆腐 一块
  • 鳊鱼 一条
  • 生姜
  • 香葱
  • 大蒜
  • 料酒

Directions

  1. ​新鲜鳊鱼收拾干净。
  2. 豆腐及配料备用。
  3. 油锅烧热,下入鳊鱼。
  4. 煎到表面皮稍落,翻面。
  5. 下入姜片、大蒜和葱结。
  6. 倒入适量的开水。
  7. 调入适量的料酒。
  8. 把汤倒入汉美驰锅内。
  9. 开关调至“低”,慢炖一小时以上。
  10. 豆腐切大块,焯水。
  11. 煮到汤水发白,下入豆腐块。
  12. 加入适量的盐,出锅即可。
