莲藕排骨汤

Ingredients

  • 生姜 一块
  • 猪精排 250克
  • 红花藕 两节
  • 盐 少许

Directions

  1. 排骨洗净剁成小节,莲藕去皮后洗净切成大块,生姜去皮拍散。
  2. 锅内放清水与排骨,中火煮开,转小火煮两分钟,关火,捞出去除血沫后待用。
  3. 汉美驰慢炖锅陶瓷内胆,入排骨、切好的红花藕、姜片,注入淹没所有材料约高两指的沸水,盖好盖子,选用高火档位,慢炖3小时。
  4. 莲块炖粉糯后加入适量盐即可出锅。
