糯米养生鸡汤

Ingredients

  • 三黄鸡 1只
  • 红枣 10颗
  • 枸杞 20粒
  • 大蒜 5瓣
  • 姜 2片
  • 糯米 100克
  • 盐 3小匙
  • 糖 1小匙
  • 胡椒粉 适量

Directions

  1. 准备好所有材料。
  2. 糯米淘洗干净,浸泡2小时。
  3. 将泡好的糯米沥干水分,与一半量的红枣、枸杞混合均匀备用。
  4. 三黄鸡(约650克)去除内脏、冲洗干净。
  5. 鸡腹内塞入步骤3混合好的糯米。
  6. 用牙签固定好。
  7. 将三黄鸡放入慢炖锅的内胆中。
  8. 大蒜、姜片、红枣、枸杞放入锅中。
  9. 锅中倒入清水至没过鸡身。
  10. 汉美驰慢炖锅开至低温档,慢炖7小时。
  11. 7小时后开盖,撇去浮油。
  12. 加入3小匙盐。
  13. 再加入1小匙糖调味,再慢炖1小时入味即可。吃时依个人口味撒少许胡椒粉调味即可。
