鲜滑口蘑鸡汤

Ingredients

  • 口蘑 5-7颗
  • 鸡翅根 900g
  • 姜片 5片
  • 枸杞 8颗左右
  • 清水 一大碗
  • 青红椒 3-4片
  • 盐 2勺(约5g)

Directions

  1. 鸡翅根洗净,放入清水中,等锅开撇去浮沫捞出备用
  2. 口蘑洗净焯水
  3. 姜切片,口蘑、鸡翅、枸杞、姜片一齐放入慢炖锅
  4. 加入温水至刚刚没过食材即可
  5. 加入盐,锁紧锅盖,开慢火6-8小时
  6. 香喷喷的鸡汤就好啦
