皂角米银耳莲子羹

Ingredients

  • 银耳
  • 莲子
  • 百合
  • 皂角米
  • 枸杞
  • 冰糖

Directions

  1. 原料备用。
  2. 皂角米至少提前两小时泡发。
  3. 银耳也提前泡发。
  4. 莲子泡发。
  5. 锅内加入适量的水,倒入泡发的莲子,皂角米、莲子。
  6. 锅盖密封好。
  7. 开关调到“高”,煮开。
  8. 再将开关调至“低”。
  9. 煮两小时左右后,下入百合。
  10. 所有原料都软烂后,下入枸杞。
  11. 煮二十分钟左右,下入冰糖。
  12. 冰糖融化后,即可出锅食用。
