猪蹄花生汤

Ingredients

  • 猪蹄 2只
  • 花生 100克
  • 姜 3片
  • 白醋 1小勺

Directions

  1. 买来的猪蹄放入清水中浸泡15分钟,水中加1小勺白醋,然后用刀子将猪蹄上残留的细毛刮掉
  2. 去毛的猪蹄用刀斩成小块,倒入滚开水焯烫2次,去除猪蹄中的血沫和杂质,最后冲洗干净
  3. 处理好的猪蹄放入慢炖锅,加入花生和姜片,倒入温水至3/4锅,通电后加盖慢炖
  4. 慢炖4小时后断电,然后继续焖1小时,即可喝汤
