子姜啤酒焖鹅翅

Ingredients

  • 啤酒 1支
  • 子姜
  • 鹅翅
  • 酱油
  • 蚝油
  • 米酒

Directions

  1. 鹅翅清理好,调味料混在起待用
  2. 烧热炒锅,下点色拉油,爆香子姜
  3. 下鹅翅,两面稍煎至有点黄香
  4. 下调味汁
  5. 待调味汗煮沸后,关火
  6. 在汉美驰便携式慢炖锅内先放入子姜
  7. 再放入鹅翅与味汁
  8. 倒入一支啤酒
  9. 啤酒水位比鹅翅高度稍低一些即可
  10. 把汉美驰便携式慢炖锅档位调到“高档”
  11. 3小时后,焖好了,关掉电源
  12. 取出
  13. 即可食用
