慢炖锅三豆香辣火鸡

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2磅(1135克)瘦火鸡肉或瘦牛肉
  • 1个大洋葱,切碎
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 1个青椒,切碎

Directions

  1. 在一个大平底锅里烹制洋葱、青椒和大蒜,直到软化。
