慢炖锅素食扁豆汤

Ingredients

  • 2汤匙(30毫升)橄榄油
  • 1个大洋葱,切碎
  • 2个蒜瓣,剁碎
  • 2个中等大小的红萝卜,去皮,切碎
  • 2根芹菜,切碎
  • 1包(1磅/450克)干扁豆,洗净沥干
  • 5罐(每罐14.5盎司/410毫升)蔬菜汤
  • 1罐(10盎司/280克)切丁的番茄和青椒
  • 1 1/2茶匙(7.5毫升)盐
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)孜然粉
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)香菜粉
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)压碎的干红辣椒
  • 1/2茶匙(2.5毫升)粗黑胡椒粉

Directions

  1. 在一个大的平底煎锅中加入油,中高火加热。添加洋葱和大蒜。烹饪3分钟。加入胡萝卜和芹菜,再烹饪3分钟。
  2. 加入洋葱混合料,扁豆,蔬菜汤,切丁的番茄,盐,孜然粉,芫荽,压碎的红辣椒和黑胡椒粉到慢炖锅内胆。
  3. 盖上慢炖锅盖子,并以高档慢炖3 1/2至4小时,或以低档慢炖7至8小时。
