柠檬烤春鸡

Ingredients

  • 童子鸡 1只
  • 柠檬 1/2个
  • 整蒜 1/2个
  • 盐 1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒 1/2茶匙
  • 西式混合干香料 1/2茶匙
  • 油 1/2茶匙

Directions

  1. 用肉叉分别将鸡的翅膀和腿固定住
  2. 腔内洒胡椒和盐,填入剖开的半个整蒜和切瓣柠檬
  3. 表面擦干抹油后,抹上与香料混合好的胡椒盐
  4. 选择旋转烤功能,温度最大,烤约50分钟

营养分析:

比起油淋鸡,炸鸡,我觉得烤鸡的方法实在是健康多了。至少这个方子里,我们能看见的叠加的热量只有那12茶匙的油,所以这个方子真的是很健康的哦。童子鸡相对来说油脂也少,当然了,如果你希望更健康,那么不要吃外面的皮哦,也尽量只吃鸡胸肉,这样热量最低,胆固醇最低。
