全麦蔬菜披萨

Ingredients

  • 面团:
  • 高筋面粉 140克
  • 麦麸粉 60克
  • 鸡蛋 1个
  • 橄榄油 2大匙
  • 水 100毫升
  • 盐 1/2茶匙
  • 酵母 1.5克
  • 馅:
  • 披萨酱 30克
  • 火腿 4片
  • 黄角瓜片 20克
  • 茄子片 10克
  • 小番茄 6个
  • 马苏里拉芝士碎 120克

Directions

  1. 将面团材料逐步放入揉成团醒面
  2. 将面团分成2个,整圆摊开做成饼底
  3. 抹上披萨酱,分别叠上火腿和蔬菜片,最后撒上马苏里拉
  4. 放入预热200度的烤箱中层烤20分钟即可

营养分析:

这是一款相对健康很多的披萨。首先是饼底中加入的麸皮,麸皮不仅是含有丰富的纤维,而且谷物中丰富的矿物质几乎都含在麸皮中,吃麸皮可以有效补充这部分营养的缺失。同时,也不要对马苏里拉这样的芝士说不。芝士含有鲜奶的所有优点又更浓缩,含有优质蛋白质,各种氨基酸。每天吃一点芝士对身体完全是有益的。
