慢炖锅柠檬三莓果馅饼

Ingredients

  • 2包(每包4.4盎司/125克)蓝莓
  • 1包(6盎司/170克)树莓
  • 1包(6盎司/170克)黑莓
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)玉米淀粉
  • 2茶匙(10毫升)磨碎的柠檬皮
  • 1杯(237毫升)面粉
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)老式的燕麦片
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)糖
  • 2汤匙(30毫升)红糖
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)发酵粉
  • 1茶匙(5毫升)生姜粉
  • 1/2杯(118毫升)牛奶
  • 1/4杯(60毫升)黄油,融化

Directions

  1. 向慢炖锅内胆中喷洒不粘锅烹饪喷雾油。
  2. 向内胆中放入三种莓果、玉米淀粉和搓碎的柠檬皮。搅拌摇匀,使莓果蘸上混合料。 
  3. 将内胆放入底座。
  4. 在一个中碗中,加入面粉、燕麦片、糖、红糖、发酵粉和生姜粉,搅拌混合。 
  5. 慢慢拌入牛奶和黄油,一起将混合料浇入内胆中。
  6. 盖上盖子,并以低档慢炖3小时,或以高档慢炖2小时。
