莲藕西施骨

Ingredients

  • 西施骨 200g
  • 莲藕 400g
  • 葱 1段
  • 姜 2片
  • 南枣 2个
  • 料酒 10ml

Directions

  1. 冷水浸泡西施骨30分钟,捞出加入料酒焯水。
  2. 冲去浮沫后和葱、姜、南枣一起放入慢炖锅内胆。
  3. 莲藕洗净,去皮切约2cm厚的段。放入慢炖锅内胆。
  4. 倒入约1.5L的温水,把慢炖锅内胆放入机身,盖好盖子,调高档。
  5. 6个小时后,尽享美味。
