青萝卜炖羊肉

Ingredients

  • 羊排肉 700克
  • 青萝卜 500克
  • 葱 4段
  • 姜 4片
  • 香叶 2片
  • 八角 1个
  • 花椒 10粒
  • 盐 3小匙
  • 料酒 1匙
  • 糖 1小

Directions

  1. 准备好所有材料,青萝卜洗净,羊肉提前在冷水中浸泡去除血水。
  2. 羊排肉切成4厘米左右见方大块,青萝卜去根切成滚刀块。
  3. 葱切段,姜切片,准备好香叶、八角和花椒。
  4. 锅内烧开一锅水,水开后放入青萝卜块,焯一下,去除萝卜的辛辣味。
  5. 将萝卜捞出放入慢炖锅内。
  6. 用焯萝卜的水将羊排肉入锅紧一下水,开锅撇去浮末。
  7. 捞出羊肉放在慢炖锅里。
  8. 锅内加入1匙的料酒。
  9. 将葱段、姜片、香叶、八角、花椒放入锅里。
  10. 锅入倒入开水,没过涮羊肉即可。
  11. 盖上锅盖,开至低温档炖8小时。
  12. 加入3小匙盐调味。
  13. 加1小匙糖调味,再盖盖焖20分钟入味即可。
