蔓越莓味噌酱浇萝卜

Ingredients

  • 白萝卜 约15cm
  • 干海带 1条
  • 料酒 2大勺
  • 水 2大勺
  • 糖 1大勺
  • 蔓越莓干 20g
  • 白味噌 40g左右

Directions

  1. 干海带洗净泡发切块。如没干海带,在水中加少许酱油煮也可。
  2. 白萝卜洗净切3cm左右大块。用刀将上下表面的边棱削出个带角度的小平面(倒角)。锅中放水,烧开,将白萝卜块焯水后取出。
  3. 将海带铺在慢炖锅内,上面摆上萝卜块。加少量水,低温慢炖1.5个小时,翻面,再继续慢炖1.5个小时左右。
  4. 煮好后就将萝卜放锅里浸着,吃的时候再度加热,味道更好。
  5. 蔓越莓干切碎。将蔓越莓干,白味噌,料酒,糖和水放入煮锅,小火边煮边搅拌,至酱汁粘稠即可。
  6. 将萝卜块装盘,上面浇上蔓越莓白味噌酱。
