健康蔬菜焗意面

Ingredients

  • 全麦管面 50克
  • 彩色番茄 50克
  • 黄角瓜 15克
  • 紫茄 15克
  • 橄榄油 1/2大匙
  • 胡椒盐 1/2茶匙
  • 马苏里拉 20克

Directions

  1. 管面煮好,蔬菜切好
  2. 将面与蔬菜和橄榄油,胡椒盐一起拌匀
  3. 倒进焗盘中,撒上马苏里拉
  4. 放入预热180度的烤箱中,选择热风功能,烤15分钟
